Tutorials, Renders, Brushes?

Try and get the forum to get more posts and graphical content

I'd like a flash tutorial thats easy. I want to learn but i can't be bothered searching the net for a good tutorial.

Yeah, animation would be great, maybe some more involved techniques in PS.
