What is a good browser hijacking software

When I start my internet browser it sends me to a web site called Security Center. When I look at my internet setting I see that my homepage is set to "about:Blank". When I try to change the homepage the browser sends me back to the same web site. Does anybody know of good software that I can use to fix this problem? Please help if you can. Thank You!

Try spybot search and desktroy and adaware. also use forefox!!!
