Default Wierd screws on case

Hi, i need to get these screws off of my case so that i can take the insides of the case out as i am going to try to move everything about so its allot cleaner, these screws look like a circle with just a hole in the middle, and i see some metal inside, i aint quite sure how to get them off, any ideas?

Here is a pic its really blury, hard to tell, but hopefully it should be good enough as i got a description too

They look like rivets to me!
You can only drill rivets out and you need a tool to put new ones back in. Cheap riveters are not designed to pop rivets in place but to chop your fingers off in the most painfull way possible so dont buy a cheap riveter!

zeus is right: you'll have to drill the rivets out.

One thing to keep in mind: there will be some metal shavings, so before you do this, you may want to take your system apart so you don't end up shorting something you don't want shorted.
