I'd like to buy Elder scrolls: Oblivion for PC but i'm not sure my PC can run it, I know my video card and RAM (and other specs) are adequate but my CPU is confusing me, its a dual core 1.73ghz (Intel Pentium Dual CPU T2370), so naturally i assumed that i can't run Oblivion (that requires 2.00ghz minimum, 3.00ghz recommended), however when i used 'system requirements lab' (search for 'can u run it?' in Google) it said my CPU was 1.73ghz but was rated at 3.89ghz and thus it said i COULD run the game. Is this right?? And if so, will it run at full speed?

I would run games with a Pentium 4 when the requirements were Dual-Core processors. Its really not a problem.
Your CPU can definitely run that game, considering the Pentium Ds came out about a year before oblivion. It might be slow at highest details, but it can run it. If your purchasing the game, try it out and if your not satisfied just return it. You have nothing to lose

Oblivion only puts a huge strain on a rig when one cranks up the graphic settings, so if you keep the setting low then you rig should power the game quite well but on 1280x1024 resolution should be good any higher and the rig would struggle.
