Every 20th/30th input command on my pc (from the mouse I believe) is repeating itself.
So if I'm working within an application, every few minutes a single click (for example) renders as a double click. This is starting to sh!t me. Can anyone advise on what has been modified on my pc and how to fix this problem. Cheers. Last edited by rapidex; 11-08-2008 at 06:07 PM. |

The easiest thing to try it a different mouse... Although I realise not everyone has a spare mouse lying around.
If you can be bothered, you could try a Linux Live CD and see if it does it whilst that is running. It would tell you whether it's the mouse, or whether it's something in Windows XP.
