Default Would DDR2-800 on a 667 board Downclock?

Maybe. They may default to DD2-800 speeds, but you can manually set the RAM speed in BIOS if it does that.

Ok, but will it definetly boot up with it?

My bios says my max cpu bus is 375mhz, so in theory that's 750mhz it could run at if I changed the settings

Don't see why it'w 375mhz (1500mhz) if it says it can only take 266mhz (1066) fsb

Yeah, it should boot up no problem. The motherboard will just run with whatever the SPD settings are from the RAM sticks by default.
