My motherboard
ASRock Motherboard - Product - 4COREDUAL-SATA2 - Overview I want to get this ram 2GB 800 Corsair Dual Channel 2*1 GB DDR PC 6400 CL4 RAM - eBay DDR2, Memory, RAM, Components, Upgrades, Computers. (end time 16-Mar-08 18:09:32 AEDST) Would it just downclock it if I used it, and work fine? I want it to help overclock my cpu.

Yeah, it should boot up no problem. The motherboard will just run with whatever the SPD settings are from the RAM sticks by default.
