when i first brought my pc it said it had 512 ram but it always said only 256 is installed so after a year i brought 2 512 sticks and added them but had to take the original out because it was not compatable so i should be running a gig now
my pc says its still only running 256 ram

heres the spec which says the ram is installed

anyone know what the problem could be
