First off....Been reading these forums a while now, thought I'd finally register... So.. Hello :)

    I currently have a AMD 5000+ Black Edition, 8800 GTS 320MB.
Planning on upgrading my ram to 2x1GB Crucial Ballistix 800mhz
My current motherboard died, an ASUS M2N-E, and so far taken nearly 3 months to get a return. I think I will just buy a new one, as I am tired of waiting. Can you recommend a motherboard I should get as I dont think the M2N-E can handle Ballistix memory anyhow.

I do overclock, but not to the extreme. Will possibly go SLI in the future. Thanks for any advice. Cheers

Don't buy that board for an SLI setup. It has the 570 chipset in it which is a horrible performer when it come to SLI. I would recommend that you actually go with a crossfire setup instead of an SLI setup if you plan on using your Athlon proc.

I don't believe I've seen an AMD board with the 680i. I haven't looked all that hard for one, but I would think I would have by now. If you can find one post it please. Thanks :)
