Hi! I'm building my PC for mainly video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 and some virtual machine usage. Now, this is what i think to get:

    CPU: Core i5 2500K
CPU cooler: Arctic Freezer 13 Pro http://www.arctic.ac/en/p/cooling/cpu/365/freezer-13-pro.html?c=2181
    Mobo: ASUS P8P67-M Pro B3 http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8P67M_PRO/
    RAM: DDR3 1600Mhz 4x2GB G.Skill RipJaw X Edition Dual Channel CL7-8-7-24 http://www.gskill.com/products.php?index=354
    HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 7200RPM, 64MB, SATA III WD1002FAEX http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.aspx?id=100
    GPU: GIGABYTE GTX460 1GB GDDR5 DX11 2xDVI HDMI PCI-E http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3530#sp
Case: Antec Dark Fleet DF-10 ATX Mid Tower Black Case http://www.antec.com/Believe_it/product.php?id=MjQ2MA==
PSU: Corsair GS 700W Active PFC 14cm Fan http://www.corsair.com/power-supplies/non-modular-psus/gaming-series-1/gs700w.html

NOW, are these parts compatible and will deliver a good performance together?
Also if u thing that it may be better to upgrade or downgrade some parts, please advice

Amazing build. Similar to the one another user is buying. I suggest he get a good heatsink along with his and woulve suggested the same to you, but you got it covered ;) One concern though is that it doesn't list support for 1155 sockets. I would check up on that. And no matter which heatsink you get, purchase some thermal paste as you'll need to apply it on your heatsink/cpu.

Otherwise this is a pretty nice and compatible build. Ample PSU, updated motherboard (usb 3, sata III), and a good hard drive. I have the exact same Caviar black. Runs quite and is pretty fast. Unfortunately though i'm not running it at sata III speeds. Motherboard can't support it. One last thing i advise you to get are a few 120mm or larger fans for good airflow.

I checked on their website and seems to me that the cooler does support 1155 socket, though i'm not a techy guy but this is what they say:

Yep, i don't know how i missed that!
Some cases do come with 5 fans or more. But if they don't, you should get around that much, 1/2 for the front, 1/2 for the side, and 1 for the back. What you want to achieve is maximum airflow and exhaustion of air from the front of your PC, out through the back and top (if it has air ducts) of your PC.
