Its very hard to tell. But obviously, if changing data ports is resolving your issue then it could be your hard drive, sata cable, or port.

Of course you can. Your motherboard has a pci express slot. The real question is if your power supply can handle the new card. Which make and model PSU do you have? Which graphics card do you want to install?

Yes they all do. But i would take advantage of the motherboard/cpu combo deal. You can get that motherboard with the 3570k instead of the 2500k for the same price!

Never base hardware performance on WEI. It's numbers are meaningless to the experiences user. Its numbers are thrown off by driver updates and the base score is determined by your lowest sub score. So you can have a fast, Core i7 processor with a sub score of 7, and a GPU with a sub score of 5...

How many beeps do you hear? Are some longer or shorter? The beeps are a message telling you that there is a problem. Like other manufacturers, Dell posts the beep codes on their websites applicable to the version of your desktop.

Dust is definitely a major heating issue and it's great that you took care of it. Now you definitely need to add some more paste on that baby. I normally add a 2 tear drops worth and spread it evenly. If you still get the same results, its probably because the paste is cheap. But hey, it's radio...

Great idea, actually. It's always best to wait for pc parts. Theirs something new out almost every quarter-half year. Remember though that nvidia and ati each have had their days. ATI at one point was very popular with their Radeon 9 series between 2003-5. Then nvidia crushed them with the 8800...
