Thanks for the input but I can't see any info on changing the ID. The old IBM has the jumper on the top of the drive and it doesn't even refer to the iD? I have a seagate in at the moment so I'll look to see if I can make that one the slave and reload the OS on the old drive......

Hi everyone, newbie here and not too clued up on hard drives as I have only ever used 1. I have a SCSI drive (adaptec 160) connected to my (5 year old but newly flashed) Gigabyte board and would like to connect a second old SCSI that I have. Is this possible? I tried the obvious, plug it in...
