My CPU temp was 43c IDLE and 55 on full load so it was fine :) i have a Akasa Nero hooked up to it and some arctic cooler paste :)

Clean the paste off my friend then add the new paste, to clean just buy some alcohol and rub it in, with a lint free cloth. Hope that helps

One can argue that the mobos are designed badly it's not the fault of the manufacturer of the CPU heat sink, how about going on the website of the CPU cooler manufacturer and finding out which mobo it is compatible with. These days we get so many huge heat sinks on the mobo for north & south...
