Hi, from what i can see, its looks like the memory on the card is bad, i would try to run memtest 86 to give your ram a check but i dont think its most likely to be the memory on the card thats bad. Check that the heatsink/fan is properly connected, also if possible could you try tog et some temperature readings in game? Its possible you may need to get a replacement card, i dont think you will have it working by this evening unless the fan and heatsink on the card is the problem..
most of those problems seem to be caused by overheating. try clean out your GPU from any dust or clear out any cables to give more airflow or add some fans to suck the air out.
I doubt that problem is related to overheating due to the extreme amound of artifacts on the screen, i mean its all artifacts, nothing is formed correctly, last time there was a problem that bad it was related to bad memory.
I had the same problem on my PC. Well... just that it wasn't so heavy. Anyways, I solved it by lowering the clock of my RAM from 400MHz to 333MHz. So it would seem that my RAM's faulty, but having a ViA chipset, I'm not so sure... conclusion: maybe a bad chipset (by the way - what's your mobos chipset) is causing some incompatibility.
