is the mother board serial number unique or not..? or will one be repeated in two motherboards..? thanks in advance..
I think it could be on all that type of motherboard, like with my speakers, the serial number for them is printed on the page, so i rekon its going to be the same for other things like Motherboards.
No the product number is the same... the serial numbers are different. Motherboards usually have a sticker.
Yeah Part / Product Numbers (the actual name of the product in some cases) will be the same, but serial numbers are unique. Think of it like this: You own a car, say a Ford Escort, now someone else May also have a Ford Escort (disregarding colour etc for now), however the registration number (like a serial number) will be different, that's how things are uniquely identified. I'm not sure if two different products can have the same serial number though, although I'm sure that the same products will not have the same serial number.
