I just wanted to know if there was a way to find custom icons from the internet and install them I.E make the Recycle Bin look like a Trash Can (a real looking one like in the new vista and on Mac's) and also have it show the difference between Empty and Full with the paper in it and stuff, so if anyone knows a site where i can get an Icon like this and could tell me how to install one that would be great, Thanks!

P.S. I know you can do it becuase i downloaded some theme from the internet and they are different but i don't want an entire theme i just want one icon to be different

i thin you can customize some icons in display properties

BTW: you can also add a custom icon to CD / DVD media by putting an icon on the media, then add a .txt file called Autorun.inf in the root dir, and add "ICON=/path/to/icon/icon.ico, to autorun a program on the disc i think you can also add "RUN=/path/to/program/program.exe

Hehe, you should look at my desktop then

To change your icons (as in all, or most of them)
    Get Iconpackager here
    Of course get the demo.
After that hop over to WinCustomize here go to the IconPackager section by clicking on it on the menus situated on the left side. Download any "package" and just install it.

If you want your desktop to look Vistish or XPish

To make XP look like Vista go here:
    here

To make XP look like a Mac go here:
    here
    or
    here

Of course to there are virtually tons of such tutorials around the internet, just search for them using Google, or Yahoo.
