hi guys, i m new to this forums, presently i m using Intel Core2 Duo 2.13Ghz, with Genuine Intel D945GCL motherboard  . i have already used D915GAV mobo for some time, the bios of D945GCL (Essential Series Mobo) is too slow in processing, as compared with bios of Other Intel Mobos (like D865GBF & D915GAV), also it does'nt show any processor logo in the bios screen:confused: . The bios Screen just shows an Intel logo, but does'nt show the processor logo. Is there any problem with the Mobo's bios. Please provide some proper guidelines....!

Well, that Intel logo in the bios screen means that this is an Intel compatible mainboard. It can't show the logo of the current processor, as that logo is "planted" into the bios. The processor has no effect on that logo. And what do you mean with "the bios is too slow with processing"?

I have never heard of a boot up showing a splash screen for a processor, the motherboard yes, but never a processor. Perhaps i read it wrong, sorry if thats the case.
