hey just a quick question, i bought the keysonic neon lit keyboard (dont know th emodel) anyway, when the drivers were installed they caused windows to freeze at shut down and during other stuff. ive deleted the drivers and now theres no freezing however my computer sometimes doesnt detect the keyboard it makes that /2do-dum" sound and then redetects after 3 seconds or so, any ideas on what to do?

the simple answer is, i don't know, but how is the keyboard connected USB, P/S2

if USB you could try new USB drivers, also try scanning fro spyware & viruses[ot]do the scanning in safe mode[/ot]

Maybe you could try to connect it to the PS/2 port.

I've had the same problem with my Logitech G15. After some tries to solve this someone told me that my usb controller probably was broken. So I tried a PCI USB card. My keyboard doesnt disconnect anymore but the card is only detected in windows and not on startup so i still need a ps/2 keyboard till im in windows. Havent found a solution for this yet.
