Looks good to me, although with todays games and DX10 around the corner, You'd probably need 2GB of RAM and the 640mb version of the 8800GTS. The RAM you stated is fast but if your RAM usage exceeds the 1024mb mark (Which it will with todays latest games), anything else you load goes into the dreaded sluggish virtual memory, so it'd probably be useful to have another 1GB to stop yourself from getting that nasty performance hit that no rig deserves. It's a fine rig anyway without my advice, so do what you think is best Regards, Mike
