Bitdefender 10 Error

I have a problem installing Bitdefender 10 on Vista. It was successfully installed before, but when I installed a program (Can't remember what program it was) it said it had to rollback changes for Bitdefender, I pressed OK.

Now Bitdefender is no where to be seen on my computer, yet other programs and Windows security states I have Bitdefender, even though it can't be turned on. The Bitdefender program is gone from the Programs Control panel of Windows, and I searched my computer for "Bitdefender", and came up with nothing.

I tried installing it again and it give me errors. I've uploaded images on image shack...

ImageShack - Hosting :: 67507033rb2.jpg (...this is the second thing that shows up after i click on "ok" from the previous step)

Anyone know how I can fix this?

 

well personally i prefer Avast but if you want to use bitdefender try restarting your system then reinstall bitdefender

BTW: you are best scanning for spyware & viruses in safe mode

 

yea i tried restarting and re-installing already, still gives me that error

it seems like I would have to manually remove ALL bitdefender files, anyone know where I can get a list of all the files that gets installed in your computer from bitdefender 10

go through BitDefender for Windows Vista v.10.2

Urs is version 10, u need V10.2
