Newegg.com - FSP Group (Fortron Source) FX700-GLN ATX12V, V2.2/EPS12V, V2.91, 700W RoHS Quad. SLi Power Supply 100 - 240 V CSA, IEC, UL, CE, TUV - Retail or Newegg.com - OCZ GameXStream OCZ700GXSSLI ATX12V 700W Power Supply 100 - 240 V - Retail both look great to me which would you chose and is it just me or do they look identical sure there is a minor spec difference but I belive the paint is also a different color haaaaaaa
personally I would go with the OCZ but the FSP seems to has good reviews as competitive alternative to some expensive PSUs.
I looked through Big B's power supply thread and i noticed that topower makes OCZ but what i see when i look at the two i linked to they look like the same casing and components with different paint no the outside they also seem to have the same connecter set price wise they are within 10 dollars that is why I ask
From what I understand, OCZ is rebadging FSP units now with the GameXtreme line. The older Power- and ModStream units were Tagan rebadges. I'd go with whatever is cheaper, unless aesthetics play a role in there somewhere.
excellent thank you I will be going with the ocz given that information at the moment it has a rebate I figure why not
