I have an OTG drive (which allows you to copy certain files through the usb / on screen display interface, without a PC)

I use it with my psp but am getting problems...

I have the external hard drive right, and the psp. Lets say the psp has 3000mb of free space. I can then transfer a file from the external drive, to the psp (Without a PC) without a problem. the free space will then go down to eg 2500mb. When I get bored of the game, I want to delete it and copy a new one over. So I go onto my psp and delete the game, freeing up some space. But when I go onto my external hard drive, it will say the psp has the same amount of free space BEFORE the deletion. So my external drive is not taking deleted items into account.

Start, both devices show 3000mb free:

    External drive PSP
    3000mb 3000mb

copy a game from drive to psp both devices then show 2500mb free:

    external drive PSP
    2500mb 2500mb

Delete a game on psp, free space now 3000mb on psp, but drive still says 2500mb free

    external drive PSP
    2500mb 3000mb

So as you can see ^^^ it's a problem in the long term. The only way I have found to get it back to normal is to reformat the psp card.

Try deleting it when you have connected that external drive with your PSP
