I've downloaded a firefox2 package from a website, and after I've installed my computer became too slow. So, I've run (with IE :O ) the free scanning process available in a site called "Infectedornot.com" (or something) and it found several spywares. What can i do?
download adaware and update the definitions then reboot into safe mode and start adware (full system scan) and allow adaware to remove what it finds, now your adware free[ot]now reboot into normal mode[/ot]
... and where did you download it? If you downloaded Firefox from Mozilla or Download.com, it will be spyware free. Also, have you installed any extensions?
