hi i am looking into getting a vista home prem laptop and i wonder if office 2005 would work on vista or if i will have to fork out for office 2007 Thanks
It is free and looks very much like MSO 2003... If you have the money, get MSO 2007 though. IMO it's much better.

agreed, MSO 2007 is brill... I just haven't found how I can generate a table of contents... it's quite different from MSO 2003.
Hi Dambuster Word 2007 the tool bar "now called the Ribbon" now learns which tools you use most often and serves them up without you even having to ask. It's a welcome change from hunting through endless menus and submenus, as you had to in earlier editions i have not had Microsoft Office 2007 long and i am still learning but i am beginning to think Microsoft have got it right with this software package. hi thanks for all the replys they were all very helpful in the end i managed to get office 2007 off a friend for free guess i just wont have to install the updates for office. ill buy it when it comes down in price abit all i use it for is my college work cheers again
