is this normal or harmfull??

    wellcome friends, i ahve a new computer since 3 monthes:
    cpu AMD athlon X2 5200 dual core AM2
    gigabyte motherboard S4 series
    1GB ram

    it is very good and smoothly in all actions but i let it runs for about 3 to 4 days continous without rest and there is no problem, is it good?
    and when i cheek cpu temperature from setup menu it is 46c is it good or too hot?
    if there is something rong what can i do????

    I dont know whats normal for that cpu but I dont think there are any problems there. Especially as you are in Egypt... its probably that temperature outside innit?

    Is this under load or idle? What cooler are you using?

    I leave my PC on all the time, temperatures are around that and it's fine.

    I leave mine running for days on end with no problems.....even with the hot weather at the moment.

    Although i have to restart now and again as windows seems to hate not being restarted :x:

    i played company of heroes for about 4 hours and the temp is 45c

    Not bad at all. The general rule of thumb is anything under 60*C is fine.
