Ok, here is the whole story:
    Everything worked perfectly fine until...
I left a blank CD in the disc drive (accidentally) and had my bios set up to do Start from CD, it froze (I guess trying to start up from a blank CD) I removed the disc and it started up normally. Then just recently it did it again (freeze on CD startup) and this time there was no disc. This happened right after World of Warcraft crashed on my computer and a restart of the application caused a complete system lock-up where I had to use the power button to shutdown.

So now it's stuck at the CD error again and after a restart the keyboard stopped functioning...so I can no longer alter the bios ...several restarts and no joy, keyboard error tested mutiple keyboards on multiple USB and the PS2 ports and none of them are getting any power. So I flashed the bios chip.

Now I have keyboard error, CMOS checksum error so the default settings where loaded and a message telling my to set up my bios by hitting "Del"
on keyboards that my MOBO won't recognize.

Is there anything I can do? My Motherboard is a MSI K8N Neo4.
    Any help would be great.

Take out the CMOS battery for 5 minutes and then re-seat it. Remove the CD-ROM drive and boot the computer. If all goes well, turn off the computer and re-attach the CD-ROM. You should run some tests on the CD-ROM to check that it's functioning correctly. Try cleaning the lense.
