Hi, problay have this in the wrong forum but have a quick question. I called ASUS last night around 5 and got an RMA number and all for my motherboard. Gave her my email address and then she said shell send the email with the details. Waited till 9PM and still no email. I called again and confirmed the email address and the guy sent the email again and said he would call back if it didnt go through. Its 12PM, the next day and still no email. Is it because its Friday? Should i wait till Monday to call them back? I also just emailed them and told them i had not recieved it. Any comments on how long it will take and stuff are also appreciated

    what details?
if you have the rma number and the address then thats pretty much all you'll need.
its usually better to return the item to the place where you bought them from if they still offer warranty.

the customer care services always say that they will return to you but everyone still waiting for them :D

go where you have bought it or a qualified asus seller to receive technical support on warranty

Might check your spam controls and exceptions. The Asus e-mail may have been flagged as spam, and thus why you're not seeing it.
