I'll make it as brief and simple as possible, so I don't waste your time. I have an integrated wireless notebook which I also connect with an Ethernet cable to my wireless router. This is mainly because of the speed boost I receive by connecting it through a wire. The thing is, because my notebook is set to automatically connect to the router through a wireless and wired connection simultaneously, should I set the static IP of both adapters the same or should I set them with different static IPs?
i'd go for different, since you're on one subnet and it may cause some troubles. other than that - why don't you just use DHCP - you wouldn't have to worry about such things.
