    Hi all;

    Just wondering if someone could help me with the following issue. I have installed Windows Server 2003 and need to define an IP address for a piece of hardware...I have a set range from .01 - .10 and want to make the hardware static as opposed to dymanic - therefore could someone please point me in the right direction and possibly include the steps involved as I'm a total newbie to Server 2003

    Cheers,
    Oliver

    You would need to create a reservation for the hardware which you want to receive a static IP. Right Click the server icon the DHCP console and choose "New Reservation". The rest should be self explanatory! Any other questions just ask!
