System problem (Urgent)

Hi all,

hope u all can help me.
i got some problem with 2 of my system:

1st system: after i charge the power supply, it keep on give me the black
screen even the system is running.

2nd system: it's show system file missing or corrupted, so i put in the Win XP
disk in to repair then it keep restarting for 2 times.After that it's
has 1 long n 2 short beep then came along with a beeping sound
that wouldn't stop.

1st system: what do you mean by "charging the power supply"?

2nd system: something is really bad. google for beep codes and search what type of BIOS you have to see what's the problem. out of the top of my head - it's the memory.

 

I guess you "changed" the PSU....right?

Well:

System 1: Explain a little bit more...why did you change that PSU?..Make a little bit of history. Probably the problem is in the video.

System 2: The same, explain a little bit more. Are you able to boot from the XP cd?...What otion you selected? in what stage does the PC reboot?

System 1: for last week, this system keep on auto shutdown by it's self.
so i change a new PSU and the auto shutdown problem is solved
but now it keep on black screen and the system is still running.

System 2: Once i on the system it show me a system file missing/corrupted
so i put in the win xp cd in for repair but once it repair half-way it
will auto-restart by itself. it will restart for 2 times then it will
have beeping sound as wad i mention. it didn't allow me to format
the whole C drive even with the cd.

System 1: Bro..I need you to be more explicit!!! What do you mean with "system keep running"? Are you able to see something in the screen before it goes black?..Does it boot? Can you start windows?..When does the screen goes black? Are you sure the system is running or just the fans?

System 2: Are you trying to Repair or Format the HDD?? If you are formatting, try first deleting the OS partition and then let the XP installer format it.
I need to know if the shut down occurs while it is formatting or copying files.

yes, the system 1 is still running.

as for system 2 i try to repair but it keep restrating on it's own before the repair finish.

what cause the system to auto-shutdown by it's self.
