Usually I play a game that requires a connection on udp port 2300, recently I haven't been able to make a connection. The advanced port scanner, at www.pcflank.com, shows that all of my ports are stealthed, this is odd because i'm not running a firewall. And the ICF is disabled. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?
I've scanned for viruses and everything and none where found. Why are my ports stealthed when i'm not running a firewall? Also I haven't got a router neither.
Please someone help me figure this out! Thanks!

are you sure you have disabled the ICF? you shouldnt really, I think its most like the firewall is blocking access! so you will need to set it to allow the game to access the net!

Yes Sniper i'm sure the ICF is disabled, I know it sounds like a firewall blocking access but it's not because I don't have a firewall. This issue is driving me crazy, it seems like every other day it does this. I'm really not sure what it is. Thanks for your responces guys!
