sound problem?

    hi i just plugged my speakers into my computer and i cant here nothing on anything it might be broke i dont know could you help? i also went to control panel ands and devices and it says no audio device and it wont let me change volume audio or voice does this mean its not working? thanks for any info i dont really know nothing about sounds on the computer.

    ----Driver Problem----

    Install your Audio Drivers from the CD that came with your motherboard. Do you have it?

    Or your soundcard is porked, does your sound run off it's own card or off of your motherboard?

    It may be worth going to device manager too.
    Go to Control panel, system, Hardware tab and you'll find device manager. Look for your audio device here and specifically for a red cross or a yellow exclamation mark next to it.

    You need to re-install your audio drivers or just restore your system to an earlier point.

    Check your wiring.. OR Re-install Realtek HD Audio manager...

    check ur bios settings if it disable or might be problem with drivers. you should reinstall again from ur motherboard cd...

    It may be that your audio driver are not working properly , so uninstall the audio driver and than reinstall the audio driver
