I just built a new rig. (Specs to follow later). Everything is working fine except one thing. My new rig won't allow me to choose the RS-232C cable to transfer with. Only option is a floppy disc which I didn't put into the new one. ASUS M2N-e MB. I don't know if I have to do something to get it to recognize the cable or what. I've done this twice before without issue and I am stumped.

Thanks in advance, last build you guys really helped me work thru some issues, so I had no problems this time. (only this little one)

Not to dodge your question, but instead of using a serial cable, why don't you use an Ethernet cable for a network, that would be much for efficient. Alternatively, you could use a USB cable to transfer files from computer to computer as well.
