The cables are all in japanese, but i have got them fixed into the board using a simple motherboard design i found. here is my situation: power is coming, cpu fun is working but not hard disk and display. what is the cause of that (give me a hint)? do u guys know any site i can download the complete design of the motherboard in english?

To be honest mate, that doesnt make any sense at all.

Are you saying that when you turn the pc on the power supply fan and cpu fan spin up but nothing else happens?

Do you get any beeps when you turn the pc on?

The best thing to do in this situation is to run the system barebones. That is install only the essential components.

What componets do you have. ie what cpu, hard drive, graphics card, rom drives etc.

Your motherboard has integrated graphics so really all you need to get your system to boot to bios is the cpu.

Post back with your component specs.

    Thanks for your reply guys!
yes, only POWER AND CPU FAN are workin in the systems. There are no beeps at all, which confused me the most. I have 2 1GB RAM, CPU AND an 80GB IDE HDD.
