Just a minor problem -I've fitted a Gigabyte HD 4850 512mb card in a new system, its got a Zalman fan that is louder than i expected, it only has 2 wires to it,is it possible or wise to try and slow it down to reduce the noise.
    thanks

You could always get rivatuner and reduce the face speed. Just make sure to watch the temps so that it doesn't overheat.

I've used it before, I seem to remember being able to change the fan speed. I never used that feature though because my card is so old you can't change the fan speed.

    Good GPU overclocking program though.

Might also want to try speed fan? That might have a GPU fan speed controller as well (I know for sure it works for case and CPU fans).
