Well I recently moved home from college and packed away my desktop running Microsoft vista in a box. When I re-setup my computer, which I built myself a couple years back, the display was all jacked up which I took a picture of below(it doesn't look like the physical monitor damage cause the lines are to even). I posted a picture of what I am looking at currently under device manager which i uploaded below as well. I have tried re-installing my graphics card driver, disabling and re-enabling it, unplugging it from my computer and re-plugging it back in, and tried look inside the computer to my best of ability for any unplug cords or noticeable damage, which i found none. I am a pretty big amateur at this, what am i over looking?. Any help would be excellent! thanks.

Graphics card is faulty, you're gonna have to buy a new one. If you've re-installed drivers and also re-seated the card. It's nothing but the card, I've also had a similar problem with lines across the screen and replaced the card, after that it worked fine.

    Yep that's circuitry

BTW, I remember encountered the same issue with a computer, After having made sure it was the graphics Card, Tried to repair it, It had a half broken pin, I did some manoeuvring, and worked just fine, but note this is very dangerous and can blow everthing to hell.
