    CPU QuadCore AMD Phenom II X4 Black Edition 940, 3000 MHz (15 x 200)
    Ram KHX8500AD2/2G 2GB DDR2 1066MHz Non-ECC CL7 7-7-7-20 1.85-2.0V (2 modules)
    2gb/1066 x2
THe Problem is My Motherboard reads it bus 800 how to set them to bus 1066 (they are installed at slot 1 and2)

You'll need to adjust these settings in the bios.

Currently you're running at 200 Mhz FSB, and your FSB/Memory ratio is 1:2, resulting in a memory bus of 400 Mhz, meaning DDR2 speeds of 800 Mhz.

To reach DDR2 speeds nearing 1066 Mhz, you'll want to adjust your memory ratio to 1:2.66.

So, with a FSB of 200 Mhz, and a ratio of 1:2.66, the memory bus will be 532 Mhz, with DDR2 speeds of 1064 Mhz.

Depending on your motherboard, you might be limited to certain ratios, so see what options are available. Don't forget, you might need to manually adjust the timings and DRAM voltage to reflect the specs of your ram.

Don't adjust your FSB. Leave it at 200 Mhz unless you're overclocking your CPU as well.

On a side note, if you're not overclocking your CPU, why did you decide to run DDR2 1066MHz with high timings?

Install in slot 1 & 3 and all should be fine:

"Note: Due to AMD AM2+ CPU limitation, DDR2 1066 is only supported by 1 dimm per channel."

Have you been into the advanced part of the bios (on msi motherboards you have to press ctrl+f1 before you can manually set the memory frequency)
