This will be my first build. My current computer is a piece of junk that is slowly ticking its way toward death. I want to build a new one, which will be used for gaming.
I've had some help in choosing my parts, and this is what I came up with.

Case: Newegg.com - NZXT LEXA S LEXS - 001BK Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases

    CPU: Newegg.com - AMD Phenom II X3 720 Black Edition Heka 2.8GHz 3 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops

    Motherboard: Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-MA790XT-UD4P AM3 DDR3 AMD 790X ATX AMD Motherboard - AMD Motherboards

Graphics Card: Newegg.com - XFX HD-577A-ZNFC Radeon HD 5770 (Juniper XT) 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

HDD: Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Black WD7501AALS 750GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive -Bare Drive

    RAM: Newegg.com - A-DATA Gaming Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model AX3U1600GB2G9-AG - Desktop Memory

PSU: Newegg.com - Antec TruePower New TP-550 550W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.3 / EPS12V V2.91 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC "compatible with Core i7/Core i5" Power Supply - Power Supplies

Additional Cooling: Newegg.com - APEVIA CF12SL-UGN 120mm Green LED Case Fan - Case Fans
Newegg.com - XIGMATEK Intel Core i7 compatible Dark Knight-S1283V 120mm Long Life Bearing CPU Cooler - CPU Fans & Heatsinks

So what do you think? Any problems you can see? Suggestions?

Build seems to be compatible. According to customer reviews, the heat sink is pretty big and it is advised that you check the dimensions and make sure it will fit in your case.
