I have a card which will happily play older such as Call of Duty 1 and 2 - when I use systemrequirementslab.com I am told that everything in my system can cope with quite a few newer apart from my graphics card. Can you recommend a card that will just plug into a PCI slot that my mothrboard will cope with and that will manage with newer like Modern Warfare. My current grpahics card is RADEON X700 SE - or do I juts need to upgrade to a newer computer full stop? Thanks for the advice.

I would go for a newer machine no question! The difference would blow you away.

Time for a new computer it looks like.

The Nvidia 260 is a nice card if you don't wanna put cash down on a new computer. But your system will be severely bottle necked by the processor/ram.
