what does the motherboard manual tell on what that Header does?

Have you tried putting a video card onto your motherboard to see if video generation is possible at all?

Well last night i was able to get it to boot by removing the jumpers off of the header so i formated my HDD just in case after i downloaded all of my windows updates and installed them i tried to boot the computer and I'm back to having no video.

sounds kind of frustrating. Looks like you'll have to do that whole process again, only this time - one driver at a time. Maybe that's some freak software/hardware glitch that's come up.
