Hi, i'm looking for a tv tuner for watching dvb-t broadcast with mpeg4 encoding. i wanted to know if there are acrds who decode mpeg4 on hardware do they all use the cpu and or graphic card. thanks, Noam.
do you mean if the tuner card has it's own cpu, ram etc and doesn't depend on system cpu and memory for processing? if so, I havn't come across a tv card like that before.
