Video Capture

    I have been wanting to convert my vhs tapes to digital so that I can preserve and store them in a dedicated external hard drive. I would appreciate recommendations as to what works better with Windows 7.

    Thanks for this one Sniper. Went to a local video shop, they want to charge me an arm for the service. I've got like over 50 VHS tapes to convert :((

    Thats a shame, the amount of tapes probably explains it, assuming each one is 90mins, it adds up. Its probably best to use a DIY kit like the one mentioned above.

    You are right. I don't need them right away anyway. I can do them one at a time and if I get pro, maybe I could do it for others for an extra income. :)
