Maybe I don't need it but still want it. The "it" is anything that will make my system better. Here are the specs of my system. Windows 7 Home Premium Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67GHz 2.79 GHz x 4 4.00GB RAM (3.50 GB usable) 32-bit Operating System NVIDIA GeForce GTX 275 (Nvidia 3d Vision Kit + HPA2 5.1 Surround Sound Headphones) Please take a look and any recommendations on what you think would make it better with gaming quality and performance in mind would be appreciated.
* 64-bit Windows 7 Pro (to be able to install more RAM and use some of the 64-bit application speeds) * add more RAM (6 or 8 GB), DDR3, of course and >2000MHz w/ heatsinks * drop the i5 and get a i7 for the 1366 Socket (so that you can pop in a 6 core CPU when they come out) + aftermarket cooling package * get a GeForce from the 400-th series - because of DX11 feats and performance * 1000W 80+ rated PSU I am aiming for a high-end-ish machine here, but, hey, you didn't put on any price ceiling...
