dude, no reason to be all sarcastic about it. First step is to post a bit more info - what kind of VGA do you use if any, what's the memory (DDR/DDR2) What's your computer housing like (how big) What's the HDD interface like - sata or ide? Why do you want to change your mobo? All you need is a motherboard that: 1. supports your CPU (any modern 775 socket motherboard will do); 2. is of the same form factor as your old one (so that it can be put into your current computer housing); 3. will support your VGA (or is your current one integrated - didn't really tell us that) or has a integrated one; 4. Supports your memory
