right, I have a computer (not my main one) but the problem with it is that whenever the computer case is touched you can feel the electricity- while the voltage is not too high it does deliver a slight pinch. Is this problem occurring because of a bad PSU? I've checked inside the case and there don't seem to be any obvious short circuit issues.
I would try to change the power supply to see if that makes a difference..Is the computer a tower or suit case ? How old is this computer ?
