Hi i'm thinking of building a gaming pc. I'm getting to grips with nearly everything now:chk: The only thing that i'm unsure about is what I have to do to get the perfect RAM/CPU combination. The cpu that I will be purchasing will be a AMD Phenom x4 955 at 3.2 and 4gb 1333mhz RAM, is this a good combination, what do I need to consider on this subject. What are the principles. I know nothing of this so explanations from scratch would be much appriciated :chk::chk::chk::chk::chk::chk:

Just make sure that the cpu and ram fsb are the same.
Make sure to cool properly (ram can get hot to)
Use 2 of the same RAM moddels (Dual channel)

    Thats about it!
Have fun with your new system!!!! :)

Dual channel will yield optimal performance. Keeping FSB the same as memory will take some time for stability, but is well worth it.
