    These are the graphics cards:

-PNY Geforce GTX 550 Ti Overclocked
-Gigabyte Geforce GTX 460 Dual Fans
    -EVGA GTS 450 Superclocked

What would you think would work best on this system?

    -AMD Athlon II x6 1050T
    -?Graphics Card?
    -MSI GF615M-P31 Motherboard
    -G.SKILL 4GB DDR3 1333MHz
    -Hitachi 500GB Hard Drive
    LG Black 22x DVD Drive
    Raidmax Cyclone ATX-316B
-Silverstone Strider Essential Series 600W 80Plus Certified

And what wattage of a power supply would you suggest?

The 460 1GB wins. And yep, that PSU is more than enough. However, you'll need a better PSU if you plan on installing a second GPU.
