    WELCOME TO HWF!

Great build, only that it can be touched up just a bit. 12GB is WAY too much memory. Furthermore, if you were to get that you would only be able to utilize Dual Channel speeds as opposed to Triple Channel speeds, since the board you chose has 4 DDR3 slots and not 6. Either way, you more than likely don't even need 6GB. Shed of few gigs and invest in a better motherboard, because you can find better. This RipJaw series is more like what you want. It's around $80 after the promo. Also invest in this motherboard or something like it. It has SATA 3 (6Gb/s) and USB 3.0 which the other board doesn't have. Now you can scratch that WD green drive and get this one instead, which has a SATA 3 interface instead of SATA 2. At the same price! ;)

Otherwise, great pick on the CPU, VGA card, and modular PSU. I don't know much about Ultra brand PSU's, but is that one going for $100? If it is, i would recommend getting this Corsair instead. They're new in the PSU market, but they, along with Thermaltake/CoolerMaster/Raidmax, are among top brands. Take my advice, you'll be paying the same or less with added features.

Yeah, i think 12gb was too high, my laptop has a 8gb one and it barely uses 6/10's of it. I'll add it up to the list along with the motherboard. :)
As for the PSU, yeah, it was around 110, guess investing $10 wouldn't hurt.

Ended up saving $5.00 after updating the information without adding up the discount from promotion

    =D Thanks

You're welcome buddy. And the PSU actually comes out to 105 after rebate ;).

Let us know how the build goes or if you have more questions!
