According to Dell that pc has a pci-e x16 slot, so yes you're good to go!

so there is no question on its compatibility, what about the size and dimensions? i was reading on a few other forums that somepeople were having issues with the newer cards being a bit bigger, would this card fit in there without touching anything else?i have the dimensions of the card:
    8.25" x 4.33" x 1.57"
you think i would be good to go? cause i found one on ebay for 89 bucks free shipping and i really dont know about this kind of stuff, tho i am willing to learn :)

EDIT: and to be honest i just want something that will take the full advantage of CS5 photoshop and other programs like this. i want something that will work with my 23" 1080p monitor

What i would do is the measure. Going left from the pci slot just at the I/O panel, start measuring from this point going right until you hit your drive bay or any maximum point.
