i Want to Buy This Motherboard Asus M5a88-M Socket Am3+ And It's SPECs says that it's an uATX Form factor i have a mid tower case NZXT beta evo so can i get this motherboard to work on my case or it won't fit? as i am guessing that"uATX" i s " Ultra ATX" , i don't know if that's true becoz as i know the ultra ATX needs a full tower case . i'd really appreciate your Help
Actually that would be MicroATX. The lowercase "u" is substitutionary for " µ" the letter Mu in Greek. In the SI world, it's used to indicate micro- It sounds like you're thinking of E-ATX, extended ATX. There is no Ultra ATX formfactor. µATX motherboards are shorter than the standard ATX standard, and any case accepting ATX should have no problem accomodating a µATX motherboard.
Thanks a lot I looked it up and i found that there is an ultra ATX form factor but it's a whole different thing http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultra_ATX
