gx280 not displaying while using a pentium d 945 , 3.4ghz processor!!!

    i have tried to change my gx280 processor but after plugging in my pentium d prcessor its not displaying any thing but pc is turning on.....i have also updated my firmware to A07 but that aslo not helping..........plz help!!!

    You NEVER gave me the Number from the CPU, That CPU might be for a different socket..
